We are semi regulars and have been for 15 years. We have waited 20 minutes at home when we were told it would be 20 minutes and ended up waiting an extra 35 minutes. Today's order was supposed to be 4 pizzas, 2 of them were the same then the other two. We ended up with 3 pizzas, only one of the 2 we ordered. The people who answer the phone don't seem to understand anything but the basic speech. It seems a little harsh, its our hometown pizza place and we order from there almost every payday. The food is good, the service is terrible.
