Horrible! We were greeted at the door with a "hello, you have a reservation, I hope". Okay, we did have a reservation but the question was worded awkwardly and I immediately felt uncomfortable. We were seated. There were flies buzzing everywhere in the restaurant and because of this, I had to wonder what the kitchen was like. It was so hot in the restaurant and asked if they have a fan or ac, they said yes, there was ac but decided not to turn it on. Why? It was plus 30 degress celcius outside and the ac is not turned on.?? Worst of all, I found a BAND-AID in my food. ICK!! I couldn't believe it!! They comped my meal, beverage, plus the desserts for the table. The staff portrayed concern but I felt like it wasn't sincere. When the bill was paid, the waitress looked at the bill and said a comment with disdain about the amount of $$ left as a tip which I heard. This is so unprofessional!. I think many of you think there shouldn't have been a tip. There has been positive ratings for this restaurant in the past but this place is now in need of a serious review of current health standards, customer service and food preparations. It's a complete fail in my opinion. Go elsewhere.
