I really wanted some chili cheese tots, but they were out of nacho cheese so I decided to try the Mega Tots with Garlic Parmesan seasoning instead. They turned out to be absolutely amazing - crispy with a hint of sweetness and a little bit of spice at the end. I'll definitely make a point to stop by Potato Corner whenever I'm in Albuquerque. The service was okay, the staff seemed young but friendly, and the food was made fresh and the place looked clean behind the counter. Overall, it's a great spot for affordable and delicious food, especially if the owner is around for some extra special treatment.
