Employees are rude, especially the manager, and have zero customer service skills. Not that hard to be friendly and to believe the customer when we come back to let them know we didn't get our full order, then tell us we did get it. We live roughly 20 minutes away, why the heck would we lie about that? Definitely wouldn't waste 40 minutes round trip just to lie about not getting our correct order from KFC. This KFC needs new management.
