The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes with fresh ingredients and excellent service. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, making it a pleasant dining experience.

I picked 1 star because there was no option for 0. My family and I went to Black Rock for my birthday last Friday evening. We were a group of 9, with 1 server. With a bill of over $300 including tax and gratuity I expected a nice meal. 2 of us ordered steaks cooked in back, the other 3 orders were to be brought out on the rock. 1st it took more than an hour for our food to come out. The waitress never cleared our appetizer dishes, so I stacked them on the cart as she emptied it. They brought 3 rocks and 3 plates of RAW steaks to our table. The 2 steaks that were cooked in back were not well done as requested. The Ribs were cold and all of the side dishes were cold, well the ones that came out. I never received one of my side dishes. When we told the waitress she said sorry and moved on. I did NOT eat anything, I told her I did not want it; so took the food back and took my part off of the bill. I had to ask to speak to a manager. He took 10% off our bill and gave us a gift card. I wasn't really satisfied, but I was so over the whole situation so we took that and left.

I have been here twice. The first time service was good but slow due to being busy and the steak was good. This time around we were pretty much ignored by the bartender despite it being slow and there only being only two other small groups (2-3 people) at the bar drinking. We waited well over twenty minutes watching the bartender talking with everyone but the customers. We finally gave up and ended finding somewhere else that was wanting our business and to celebrate my wife's 40th.

Thursday evening at 7:20 pm, June 13, 2019, I wanted dessert for my wifes birthday. After trying four times to place a take out order: 1. placed on hold twice, both over 8 minutes, 2. hung up on twice, finally called and got through, they transferred me to the bar to place the order then they proceeded to hang up on me. If they can't answer they need training, and if they are that busy they don't need my buisness
