Due to a recent fire incident, Smoke BBQ (formerly known as Saline Downtown Diner) remains closed with no set reopening date. Despite the rumors circulating, it appears the closure may be permanent. As someone who enjoys smoking my own meats, I can attest that finding a quality BBQ establishment can be challenging, but Smoke BBQ truly stood out with its delicious smoked salmon, ribs, pork, chicken, brisket, and sausage, complemented by excellent sides like jalapeño cornbread and grilled mac and cheese.
