Disgusting dining experience. First, we sat at the bar and tried to find a bar stool that wasn't cracked. Sampled their Merlot which was so sour the bottle must have been open for weeks. Had a bottle of beer instead. The dining room is dirty and neglected. Table 7 by the partition had warm water at the table and the wall had stains on it with a dirty mirror. Plastic white tablecloth was dirty with pen markings on it. Every wall has chipped paint and is dirty. Salad bar was gross. Every topping had other toppings in it. Some weren't even filled. Ordered prime rib rare. Arrived medium and unable to cut center portion. Hashbrowns were an under cooked, mushy, inedible mess. French onion soup was good but ladle was so unbelievably big it dumped soup everywhere. Friendly bartender and waitress. Did receive half off my meal. I use to eat there when I was little and it was Jacks or Better. What happened?
