I've eaten there numerous times and only once did I have an unsatisfactory meal and iit was taken care of.
The servers I've had have always been been super attentive, Amy and Steffenie are my faves.

Three of us went for burgers about 8:00 PM one night. Took a while to get our food and all three were not "gourmet", as the menu states. They were ordered medium rare and cooked to a crisp. They were also very small (8 oz?). The tomatoes were not ripe at all and the pickles were missing.
The waitress was nowhere to be found. Since it was late and we did not feel like waiting for new plates, we paid and left.
Will not be back.
