Had a good steak, but fully HALF was inedible fat and gristle. I pointed out to the intellectually-challenged manager that one expects some fat, but not HALF the steak. He said that they cut the meat a certain way and blah, blah. I said I'd appreciate come consideration but the manager stated "There's nothing I can do about it" - an obvious disingenuous response. Any ethical manager would have adjusted the bill, or offered a complimentary something. He said that I should not have eaten all of it, because I could have returned it earlier. But in a darkened room, it's difficult to see a steak's gristle content and how would I know how much gristle it contained until I'd finished it? Suffice it to say that we will NOT return.
