The portions are generous, the staff are super friendly, and the food is just awesome, especially the fresh-cut fajitas. I loved the relaxed country vibe, and everything from the homemade meals to the attentive service made for a great dining experience.

Horrible experience
DO not recommend eating here.
While waiting, we saw a mouse running along the wall.

While waiting for our meal, we observed a mouse under the table near us and it was eating something. It then ran towards the kitchen.
At the same time, the dinner arrived, I told the girl about it and she said where there is food there will be Mice.
It seems to us that she has prior knowledge of the situation and it went unreported. We didn't want to debate it with her any longer and left without eating.
Also while seated we noticed that the floor was very dirty.
Definitely would not recommend eating at this restaurant.
They were not accommodating or apologetic in anyway. We were basically told to accept the mouse In the restaurant.

This used to be my favorite restaurant in the entire County let alone the town I just got done treating myself to lunch there and it was really bad it cost a lot of money and I didn't get much food I ordered a cheese steak Philly cheese steak sandwich it might as well have been a vegetarian sandwich there's almost no meat at all and then you had to really dig to find little teeny pieces of meat the waitress was polite considerate and kind when I told her about how horrible the sandwich was she didn't do anything at all but take my money I live across the street and I have been sending people to Pablo for a while telling them it's the best restaurant in Benson I am a local and Benson I will not be sending people to Pablo anymore you need to bring back your beans and rolls I was going to order a steak dinner but the waitress said we don't do beans and rolls anymore I don't want a steak dinner without a roll so I ordered the Philly cheesesteak figure try something new little variety wow what a disappointment I mean I have no recourse as a consumer what was I going to do stiff the waitress she was really sweet she was too young to know how to deal with the owner or the cook she was about 19 years old she was very sweet very tentative and when I told her what was wrong with my sandwich she had a sad look on her face but she wasn't trained on what to do when a customer is dissatisfied with their food that's not a reflection on the waitress put on the ownership
Pablo has gone way way way down hill you'd be better off eating at Red's Cafe
