I have been going to Big Wa for years, tonight has made me decide that I will never step back into this establishment. Was treated very rudely by the so called manager, if that's what you call him.

Their food that is supposed to be Hot and Spicy is bell pepper mild.

Love the service and food. We live in Mesa but make it a point to go to Casa Grande every pay day so that we can enjoy their food. Have yet to find a place in or near Mesa that we like as much as Ben Wa. Definitely worth the trip.

One guy kept breezing right past us not even asking if we needed refills, and he rudely handed my silverware as i was late meeting my party. Not very friendly, cramped space. They need to be NICER, that translates in any language.

Moo Goo Gai Pan is not offered as the traditional dish you're used to. It contains a lot of Italian green squash (zucchini), it contains regular green cabbage like white folks buy from Fry's, it comes with carrots, it doesn't have pea pods at all. It was tasty but it was not what I ordered. They should offer their version of 'Moo Goo Gai Pan' as 'Chicken with Vegetables' and just leave the 'Moo Goo' off their menu. The orange chicken is just OK. Steamed rice seemed a little old. Will not be back.
