Called in a carry out order at 5:24 on Feb 13. Upon arrival I paid Katie for my order. She was very busy answering phones, collecting money, making wings & taking pizzas out of the oven. One person did answer the phone once. He had a plaid shirt on, everyone else had Pizza Hut shirts on. I saw him make some wings too & talk to the guy putting the pepperoni on a pizza who by the way did not have gloves on. I kept waiting & waiting & waiting for my order to be ready. I was not invisible, I was standing right by the front counter. The monitor said my order was ready but nothing happened. Finally, they called Elaine's name, well she'd already got her order, so then they called my name. I told the young man in plaid that I couldn't believe how long my order had sat there. Back in the car, now 5:55 and unhappily leaving Pizza Hut with a cold pizza & wings. I paid $30 for this. Truly disappointed, not with Katie but everyone else who forgot how important the customer was, Don't really understand how so many people can't handle a simple carry out order.
