I have been a fan of sweet and sour soup for 60 years plus. Beijing charges $10.00 for a bowl and they have cut the ingredients to make profit. It ismostly about the liquid aspect and a few noodles. What has happened to the full bodied soup we have always loved and now have to make at home to get "the real thing." Used to love it there under old owner. It is a money maker now and has a generation that does not now the difference😵😵😵
