Got crispy chicken sandwich. Was 2 inches, and couldn't bite through it. Horrible. Got 5 piece chicken strips. So old and hard couldn't chew. So sick of paying high prices for something that can't be chewed. What is their problem?

I was JUST there...thru drive up ,I ordered a fried chicken sandwich in a waffle & a double hamburger with cheese & bacon combo & onion rings instead of ff....total amount I was charged was over $19.00...WTF !! Don't you think you slightly OVER CHARGED ME ???
