I arrived just after noon on taco day, and the place was buzzing with excitement, especially for the carnitas. The shrimp cocktail took me back to Louisiana; it was perfectly cooked and reminded me of home. I enjoyed a delicious Torta de Asada, while my kids savored their carne asada plates, and I was thrilled to hear authentic Mexican music playing in the background.

I was so excited to try another "great" Taqueria...... My son and I walked in and there were about 6 tables, maybe 14 people total. Order 8 tacos and a burrito to go. Sat down and patiently waited for out food. After half an hour I went and asked about our food. Nothing....they hadn't even started cooking it yet, even though several other patrons had already came in, got their food and left. After about 45 minutes they came out and asked what the name was on my order....😡 Finally after an hour they gave me my food. Took it home opened it up and it was less than gratifying. Matter of fact it was terrible. The Asada was stringy, the pastor was bland, there was barely any pollo to speak of and the other asada ones that were suppose to have bell peppers, didn't. The burrito we order was suppose to have queso, but it didn't either. I feel as if they didn't want my business and they won't be getting it back. I will definitely be returning to my usual trusty Taquerias. Never will I go back to this place again. I've never been so disrespected by an establishment before. Food sucked, service sucked, stay away.
