I have been there 2 times in the last month . Each time the staff have been extremely unprofessional. I have asked for the almond pretzels, and they say they do not have them. They do not offer to make any or would I like to wait . So, I bought a regular pretzel for nearly $5 . There were 5 pretzels in the warmer, one was 1/2 the size of the rest .. that is the one given to me . I have ALWAYS loved this place !! I WIlLL NOT BE BACK ! If I could find the owner or think they care I would call them !
