More than once a worker used bare hands in the food

Food was not of the best quality and the produce was not fresh.

The middle aged woman at the front did not speak to me or even look up when I walked in. I stood there for over a minute staring at her waiting on assistance. When she did finally look up all she said was, "yes?" I asked for two to-go boxes. Turned around and handed them to me. When I came back up to pay, she was standing there counting tips. Never said a total, thank you, please come again, she didn't even make eye contact. I will absolutely NEVER walk in that establishment again.
