This used to be the best place for BBQ until they sold and the new owners were the best but each week the servings got smaller and smaller and the prices became high and higher. Priced their self right out of business they did.

We've eaten at Grandpa's Restaurant since they first opened. The meat has a great smoke flavor, the loaded baked potato salad is amazing and the portions are large. We love the smoked chicken and the pulled pork sandwiches. The ribs are meaty and tender, the fried pickles are a must and the stuffed spuds rock! There isn't anything we don't like. I wouldn't go anywhere else for good bar-b-que.

The above person decided to write about something he knows nothing of....I do not like to respond but with social medias power, I have to.
First off, what I paid in rent and what I earned is not an issue. The landlord and renter agree upon terms.
Next, Mr Brown told me to take, throw away or donate what I didn't need. Next, I rented for 7 years. In that time every old window a/c went down and I replaced them as they did. In addition, I purchased a 5 ton unit for the building. It was left there. I also left a walk in cooler. During my time there, I also added a row of lights, new water heater, and made and paid for every building repair. Before I moved in, I made $20,000 worth of upgrades just to get the building up to code. That included rewiring the whole building and replacing the fire suppression system. Several things had to be thrown out due to damage and wear.
That being said, this is none of your business and cowards go online and throw rocks instead of approaching someone about your "concerns". The reason we moved was because the roof leaked and it became clear it was not going to be repaired.

Heard that Danny, the owner of Grampa's Bar-B-Que, stole all the equipment from the previous place he rented on 2nd St in Cabot. That when he left for the new location, he took the fry vats, grill, refrigerators, coolers, window air conditioning units, even the stainless steel kitchen sink. Hell, he gutted the place, and at the expense of poor old Mr Brown who only charged 500 month rent while Danny raked in huge profits. Then to rob the old man blind. Enjoy Danny, you damned thief!
