I just now thought of these wonderful cafes that we had in the Rogers/Bentonville area for a few years, back in the 1990s. I have missed them greatly since they disappeared from our area. Schlegel's has since been replaced by Einstein Bros, and they seem to be thriving, serving the same Lox-n-The Works bagel that Schlegel's did.
