Mint chocolate chip ice cream is one of my favorites, and the version I tried here was exceptional. My daughter, who usually avoids this flavor, ended up enjoying it, while my son loved the rainbow sherbet. I opted for the classic banana split, which was delicious, and the generous portion sizes made the experience even better after our walk in the Biltmore Estate gardens.
