I had Door Dash deliver my order, and while the food was tasty and the driver was friendly, I was missing a part of my meal. When I called to inquire about the missing item, the guy on the other end casually mentioned they were too busy to fix it-really? Then, when I arrived just before closing time, I was told they weren't serving dine-in, despite the posted hours saying otherwise. Fast forward to my next visit, and wow, the Texas-style BBQ at Dickey's hit the spot with delicious brisket and a welcoming atmosphere that made my taste buds dance!

The food delivery through Door Dash was satisfactory, with both the meal and the driver meeting expectations. However, upon realizing part of my order was missing, my experience took a disappointing turn when the restaurant's response to the error was lacking. The inconsistency with their closing time and service standards led to a negative experience for myself and others, highlighting the need for clearer communication and better customer service practices. Despite these challenges, I appreciate the follow-up from the restaurant, and I acknowledge their potential as a reliable spot for Texas-style BBQ in a region known for its Carolina BBQ tradition.
