I traveled to Asheville in October and made our reservation early, anticipating a wonderful trip. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the Renaissance Hotel's overall quality and fair pricing. The location was unbeatable, the decor was attractive, and everything in the room was in perfect condition. The staff, especially Eric at the front desk and the friendly bartender in the lobby, provided exceptional customer service. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Asheville.
