While the service is good and the restaurant is clean with a vibrant atmosphere, my recent takeout experience was disappointing due to a lack of flavor and an incorrect order, although I've previously enjoyed amazing meals here, especially the Polo Chicken sandwich and empanadas, and I appreciate the friendly staff and delicious Papi's sauce, which makes the drive from five hours away worthwhile.

OMG!!! I ordered three full entrees their specialty. Got to our hotel and received two out three entrees. Clue #1 it took me for forever to get my order because of language barrier. Clue # 2 should have checked the food before leaving the restaurant. Clue # 3 it's possible I will NOT get my $68 dollars back.
Oh yes, this is food review. My family and I didn't eat food because it looks so nasty, seriously there are no words for it. I took pictures of the food. I wish you guys can see what they gave us. So very disappointed with Papis in Stockbridge, GA. Fool me once, I am done with them.

My family and I used to come here frequently because we love the taste of the food. Too bad the manager of this restaurant is okay with STEALING MONEY from their customers!!! I made an online order on January 8, 2020 at 1 PM. I ordered two vegetarian sandwiches. 45 minutes later I called the restaurant to get an update on the order...they said "It'll be ready in 30 minutes." Okay, sounds good. I went inside the restaurant after 35 minutes to pick up my order and a woman tells me "Oh. We had to cancel your order because we don't have veggies today. Sorry." I told her I ordered online so I paid for the food and asked if they were going to refund me for the canceled order then. She said "Yes, you'll get a refund!" Three days later my bank statement said I had spent $24 at Papis Cuban Grill - Um, no I did not. I called the restaurant on Wednesday to ask for a refund and they said they would call me back. They didn't. I called again on Friday (yesterday) and they said they would call me back. They still haven't given me a refund!!! Why not offer me a gift card with the amount on it? Why not offer to make me the food order for another day since I already paid for it? It seems as though they don't care about taking my money and the horrible experience I had with their ordering system. The manager seemed nice but he has done nothing. Save yourselves and eat somewhere else....my family and friends will not be going to this establishment ever again. They should be ashamed of themselves....I've worked in the food industry and this is NOT how you handle your business!
