Located in the heart of Atlanta's west side, Hong Kong City is a longstanding minority-run restaurant that offers reasonably priced, generous portions of Chinese cuisine. While parking across the busy street may require caution, the selection of dishes like Pepper Steak with white rice and the wings make it a top choice for a satisfying meal.
