My wife suggested Winners Hot Pot for Caribbean food, so I picked up dinner there. The parking is free with a large lot, the atmosphere is small and tidy, and the service is friendly. The jerk chicken dinner was delicious with a choice of sides and reasonably priced. I enjoy the variety of dishes available and plan to return for more flavorful meals.

I purchased the escovitch snapper on Friday August 19th, it was horrible
1. It was a large fish cut in have-I agreed to the cutting in half part
2. The snapper was cooked in dirty/nasty oil-I know because I am a cook of west-Indian cuisine which I both enjoy and sell
The fish was overly escovitched- to much scotch bonnet without tasting the essence of the fish.
I asked for banana, and yams-it looked like what we would serve to our pigs back home-black and murky
Supplemented dumpling for rice and peas-big misstate the rice was so dry and the oxtail crazy that I asked for was ridiculous-I would have come out better going to the farmers market 1 minute from that spot, purchase the ingredients for my lunch that day.
This establishment, sorry, lady, I hate to do this-I understand you were both the cook and the cashier but please $30 of nasty West Indian food is a travesty.
Presentation was horrible: Food was crammed in a medium size box
I had to wait on my food understandably, but was a man came from the back with no shoes on-this was creepy!
