I had a disappointing experience at a fast-food restaurant recently, as my order was incorrect despite my clear instructions. I waited patiently in a long line, only to discover that my request for no cheese was ignored. Despite this mistake, the customer service was decent and the hot fries were a saving grace. I hope they pay closer attention to orders in the future to avoid similar frustrations for other customers.
