First let me start by saying the food is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately this restaurant/food truck could use a major management overhaul. They are supposed to open at 9:00 on Sundays. On several occasions I have sat in the parking lot for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to show up and open the restaurant. I watched about 5 cars drive away because the restaurant wasn't open. That's really how you lose business. Another time same thing happened at truck and tap. Waiting on substandard employees.
