great food good service

I had a miniature crab in my take out order of oysters. I called back to tell the manager. Left a massage, twice, and no one even bothered to call back. Poor customer service!
I did give 2 stars because of the remodeling updates and decor but what good is that if you don't take the time to address your patrons concerns?
