A friend and I decided to dine here one afternoon. The wait for a table wasn't long however upon receiving our orders, my friend always orders the same thing every time and for some reason they always mess her order up which is really simple. Our waitress did not bring out her side that my friend asked for. I assume she may have been new so I gave her a reason without a doubt. Well when I received my ticket for the meal I paid for my ticket a little more with exact change just to break the money I had. So when our waitress took the ticket and money over the counter I over heard the workers making fun of how I paid for our order. So she came back with my change and luckily I took the time to count it because instead of giving me the correct amount there was a sum of money missing to the change given. I looked at my ticket just to make sure and even counted it again just to make sure I wasn't mistaken on it. So I dislike having to be one of those customers that complains about everything but I needed to have it fixed. I went to the cashier and explained to her what happened so she went to get our waitress and she apologized about it. But when she gave me my change again, this time it was too much. So me being a good citizen I gave her back the extra. As we were leaving I over heard the employees talking bad about what happened and just couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. Rusty Roosters use to be a great place to dine but now I'm not sure what happened. But I would highly recommending them to change their employments and start new.
