Finally got to try that restaurant, and it was definitely worth the wait. The oxtail was incredibly well-seasoned and cooked perfectly, paired with some delicious rice and peas (those peas were so good, almost like black-eyed peas). The plantains were a hit, but can't say the same for the cabbage - not a fan of cabbage and it's mutual! Cherlynn, the owner and chef, was super friendly and shared that she uses organic ingredients and sources her meats from a farm in Tennessee - farm-to-table vibes all the way.
