Roy's Cheesesteaks, located in a small shopping plaza on Highlands Parkway, has recently undergone a transformation with a new American Deli set to open in its place. As a longtime visitor since their opening, it's disheartening to see the familiar electric sign gone and the interior gutted, signaling the end of an era for this nostalgic eatery. Despite the changes, the classic cheesesteaks, affordable pricing, and friendly service at Roy's have always made it a reliable choice for a satisfying meal, ensuring that many loyal customers, including myself, will continue to return.
