Targets is a cherished spot where my daughter and I have become regulars over the years. The flavorful West Indian dishes, like the oxtails, rice and beans, and stew chicken, always hit the spot for us. The cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and generous portions make it a go-to destination for delicious Jamaican cuisine.
