I've eaten there many times with my family and also had take out on a number of occasions. Sometimes the restaurant service is slow, but the waitstaff are nice and friendly. Sometimes the meals are a bit inconsistent in flavor, but they are always good. The appetizers are excellent!

And, Eugene who wrote the review above, good job being an overt racist. Just because there was a coupon mixup gives you no right to suggest "cats and dogs", you jerk.

I bought 2 Augusta Chronicle Daily Deals for 7.50 each value 15.00. I have never used either coupon nor have I ever been through the doors of Pho Bac. 12/14/2012 was the last day to use the coupons. I called and ordered a to go order with one of the coupons. When I go to pickup my order I am told both coupons have been used.
This is a total rip off and I intend to get my money back from the Augusta Chronicle and tell everyone I know what a ripoff these people are. If they do this to the public with coupons what must they do in the kitchen to use shortcuts on the food. I did not see any Dogs or Cats around the place now that I think of it.
