When driving from Houston to the Hill Country, Middleton Brewing is a great stop for brews and live music on a Friday night, with the added bonus of delicious sliders from the food truck parked nearby. The buffalo chicken slider with blue cheese is a personal favorite, along with the original slider and a side of spiral-cut potatoes. The food truck's location next to the brewery creates a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and a variety of slider options to enjoy.
