I discovered this food truck at the lively Round Rock 4th of July celebration held at Old Settlers Park and was thoroughly impressed. After searching for it online, I found out that it moves around to different locations or caters events, which made me wish it had a permanent spot. The food was so good that I would become a regular customer if it were more accessible. The La Cantina tostada and El Poblano taco were both outstanding, with the tostada being particularly mind-blowing.
