We recently held a rehearsal dinner for our son and his fiancé. The owner (Merced Benitez) and his entire crew were absolutely fantastic to work with and were unbelievably accommodating. Our son is vegan and the restaurant staff came up with some incredible menu options for us that satisfied his menu requirements. His fiancé is from Louisiana - so they created a grilled shrimp entree that had all the folks from Louisiana (including those of us from Texas) exclaiming how incredibly delicious they were. We had almost 80 people attend this event and it went off without any problems whatsoever. The margs and micheladas were outstanding as well. We highly recommend Los Comales to anyone!
