I know of a fantastic Chinese restaurant that has been situated in its current location since the 1960s, with new ownership in recent years. Despite being in a less than ideal neighborhood, it is a worthwhile destination for delicious carry out. Located behind Pimlico Racetrack and near the intersection of Belvedere, the restaurant opens at 4 PM and closes around 2 AM.
