Growing up in Baltimore, the food I experienced remains vivid in my memory, especially the incredible fried chicken. Seventeen years later, this eatery continues to impress with its perfectly crispy wings that burst with flavor and juiciness, all at an affordable price. While the neighborhood may seem a bit rough, visiting earlier in the day allows you to enjoy a delicious meal without the worry.
