Ports of call at the DoubleTree in Annapolis is where I'm currently staying, and their drinks are amazing with bartenders who really know how to mix it up. The kitchen staff impresses with their Rockefeller oysters and my chicken Caesar salad was fresh and flavorful, while the wait staff is always friendly whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
