My fiancí©e and I decided to dine at this cozy Mexican restaurant for a relaxing evening after a day of moving her belongings into her new apartment. Opting for the Texas-style rice bowl filled with a savory mix of chicken, steak, and shrimp, I savored every bite as my fiancí©e enjoyed her flavorful chicken nachos. While sipping on a peach margarita, inspired by Jimmy Buffett, we were slightly startled by a cockroach near our table, prompting a slight deduction from my overall rating, but the delicious food and warm service make it a spot worth revisiting whenever we're in Hayden.
