The closure of the Railroad Cafe leaves a void in the community, as it was a wonderful venue for indulging in comfort food and forging new friendships. On a Tuesday night, I enjoyed an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner accompanied by a lively ensemble of musicians, which added a charming ambiance to the experience, despite the pasta being somewhat unremarkable.
