I went today and ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, I expected it to be full of onions and peppers and cheese, it wasn’t, there was 1 sliver of onion, 3 pieces of peppers, it wasn’t good at all. I won’t be going back that’s for sure. The tater tots that I ordered to go with it, were mushy!

Poor quality food. The hamburger pattys are really thin and the vegetables taste old and rottin. I expect better for a 7 dollar hamburger

A few days ago I called for a pickup around 840, 845 and didn't have a problem with placing an order. Today, June 2nd I called at 835 to place a small order and was denied because "it was almost closing time." I work until 8 and the closing time is 9, not twenty til.. I eat there quite often and haven't had this problem before, disappointed.

Slow service and confusion on ordering your food. Where do you stand, while waiting to order? If it is crowded you just get jumbled around waiting to see who is next.....very weird! Ice cream was just so so, not worth the wait
