B3 is my absolute favorite spot for ice cream, hands down. Toscanini's ice cream at B3 is simply unbeatable in the area, making it a must-visit whenever possible. The unique sweet and salty combination at B3 is a flavor profile that I just can't resist - it's a real gem!
