Pizza Oggi was founded in 2003 in a small kitchen in the Jamaica Plain district of Boston. Voted 'best traditional pizza' in Boston by Boston Magazine in 2004. The goal of Pizza Oggi is to produce the ultimate pizza. To that end, they use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients that are available each day. The pizza topping are prepared by a process which may involve marinating, grilling, roasting, or smoking before making its way onto the dough. The pizza begins with the careful mixture of homepade dough to create a flaky, yet moist crust, which is sprinkled with sesame seeds and their signature sauce. Visit their locations, one in JP and one in downtown Boston.
