Walking through Chelsea, my husband and I were drawn in by the warm welcome from the staff and the lively atmosphere filled with locals enjoying their meals. The traditional South American dishes, like the perfectly seasoned steak topped with a sunny-side egg and the flavorful Sopa de Camarones, were cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.
