During a recent visit to Chelsea, my husband and I discovered Curly's, drawn in by the warm welcome from the staff and the restaurant's cleanliness. The traditional South American dishes were expertly prepared, with highlights including the Tipico Montanero and the flavorful Sopa de Camarones, making it a satisfying dining experience.
