I used to frequent this place often where I could get a fully packed salad for under $10. However, with the rise of competition in downtown from places like Noon, Spyce, and Sweetgreen, similar grain bowl and roasted vegetable options are now priced at least $10. Sebastian's has adapted to the competition, offering a less trendy but equally delicious option for under $8, making it a great choice for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. Their 'Create Your Own' salad option, with unlimited regular toppings, comes to about $8 plus tax, providing a generous and cost-effective meal compared to other weighed salad options in the area.
