Moving away from California made me realize just how fortunate I was to have access to delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine everywhere. After a year of culinary disappointments in Massachusetts, I finally discovered Rincon Mexicano, where the flavors surprisingly resonated with my California memories, especially their menudo that I craved.
