I placed a late night order not realizing that they had just closed. The gentlemen that I know now as Joe Thailand ,was almost abrupt with me on the phone all in an effort to chase down the chef that had just left for the night. He enever informed me that they were closed but i realized upon arrival that they were.350 soles I was so grateful but most importantly appreciated House of Siam encouraging their staff to value customer service and the people that they serve.My Pad Thai was delicious but my sense of integrity was reassured by Joe's extra effort and thoughtfulness. I will be back on any night Joe is there. Thanks Joe.
