The brewery tour, led by the quick-witted and passionate Joey "Hot Sauce," was an engaging blend of casual education and lively enthusiasm that made every moment enjoyable. The ever-changing beer selection paired perfectly with delicious dishes like the tender brisket and rich gumbo, all enjoyed in a welcoming atmosphere that felt both cozy and vibrant. From the fermentation lab upstairs to the friendly staff and outdoor seating, every visit feels like discovering something new while savoring familiar favorites.
