My family and I have a tradition of coming here every year before Thanksgiving for a delicious steak dinner with my son who lives in Boulder. Last year, we strayed to a fancy steak joint in Denver (won't name names), what a mistake! We're sticking with Cork from now on - great steaks, fantastic sides, and a friendly staff that makes us feel right at home.
